TickPro provides read-only portfolio information and risk views. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian, trading system, or investment adviser, and it cannot place trades or transfer your funds.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and DeltaVertex for your use of TickPro. By creating an account or using TickPro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the connected financial services in your location. If you use TickPro for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. What TickPro provides
TickPro aggregates information from supported exchanges, brokers, and public blockchain addresses to display balances, positions, profit and loss, exposure, historical snapshots, alerts, and related risk information. Features, supported providers, refresh frequency, and subscription limits may change as the service evolves.
TickPro is read-only. We do not execute orders, hold assets, initiate transfers, or manage an account on your behalf.
3. No financial advice
TickPro provides informational tools only. Nothing in the app or website is investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a promise of performance. Market and portfolio information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Verify important information with the relevant exchange, broker, wallet, or other primary source before making any decision. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions and losses.
4. Your account and connections
- Keep your TickPro account and device secure, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Only connect accounts and public addresses you are authorized to access.
- Create dedicated read-only credentials. Do not provide credentials capable of trading, withdrawal, transfer, account administration, or other write actions.
- You authorize TickPro to use submitted credentials or OAuth grants solely to retrieve and process the data needed for requested features.
- You are responsible for complying with each provider’s terms, market-data rights, rate limits, and geographic restrictions.
5. Third-party services and data
TickPro depends on Apple, cloud infrastructure, identity providers, exchanges, brokers, blockchain networks, and data or RPC providers. We do not control their availability, accuracy, security, eligibility rules, or policy changes. A provider may delay, restrict, revoke, or discontinue access at any time. References to third-party names identify a connection and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
6. Apple subscriptions
Paid plans purchased in the iOS App are auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. The price, billing period, trial, and renewal terms shown by the App Store at purchase control. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account or the “Manage Subscription” entry in TickPro Settings. Cancellation takes effect under Apple’s rules, and refund requests are handled by Apple except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Deleting your TickPro account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in the App Store if you do not want it to renew.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse TickPro, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits or security checks, interfere with the service, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, resell the service, infringe third-party rights, upload malicious code, or use TickPro unlawfully. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
8. Intellectual property
TickPro software, interface, content, and branding are owned by DeltaVertex or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use TickPro as intended. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep TickPro reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, network conditions, provider outages, legal requirements, security events, or product changes may affect availability. We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features and will provide notice where required.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickPro is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DeltaVertex is not responsible for trading or investment losses, lost opportunity, provider actions, blockchain events, data errors, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using TickPro, remove connections, or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, provider requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Account deletion is permanent and is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing terms and changes
Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable laws in your location continue to apply. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable at DeltaVertex’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
