TickPro is a read-only portfolio and risk dashboard. We do not sell personal data, serve behaviorally targeted advertising, or use your data to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how DeltaVertex (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use TickPro on iPhone, Apple Watch, our website, and related support services. It applies to TickPro accounts, read-only exchange or broker connections, public-address wallets, subscriptions, alerts, and support requests.
2. Information we collect
- Account and identity data: email address, user ID, profile name and avatar, and identifiers received from Apple, Google, or Microsoft when you choose those sign-in methods.
- Connected-account credentials: read-only API credentials, OAuth tokens, provider account identifiers, and the permissions reported by a connected exchange or broker. Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Portfolio data: balances, assets, positions, profit and loss, exposure, risk metrics, and historical position snapshots returned by connected providers.
- Public-wallet data: public blockchain addresses, selected networks, labels, user-entered cost basis, balances, and positions visible on supported public networks. Public addresses and on-chain activity are public by nature.
- Subscription data: App Store product and transaction identifiers, subscription status, renewal or expiry information, and StoreKit environment. Apple processes payment details; TickPro does not receive your full payment-card information.
- Device, service, and security data: installation identifier, push-notification token, app and operating-system version, session information, request and error logs, user agent, and security identifiers derived from network information such as an IP address.
- Support data: messages, attachments, and contact details you send to support.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to create and secure your account; authenticate sign-ins; connect and synchronize accounts; display and calculate portfolio information; send requested alerts; verify subscription access; diagnose reliability issues; prevent abuse; answer support requests; and comply with law. We do not use connected financial data to execute trades or move funds.
4. Where information comes from
Information comes from you, your device, Apple and other sign-in providers, exchanges or brokers you authorize, supported public blockchains and infrastructure providers, and the App Store. Removing a connection stops future synchronization; you may also revoke the key or OAuth grant directly with the provider.
5. Sharing and service providers
We disclose information only as needed to operate TickPro, at your direction, or as required by law. Recipients may include Amazon Web Services for hosting and security; Apple for StoreKit, Sign in with Apple, and push notifications; the sign-in provider you select; and an exchange, broker, blockchain, or RPC provider needed to complete your requested connection. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and TickPro does not use third-party advertising trackers.
6. International processing
TickPro is an international service. Depending on your location and selected provider, information may be processed outside your country or region, including in Singapore and in regions used by Apple, authentication providers, exchanges, brokers, and blockchain infrastructure. Where required, we rely on consent, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
7. Security
We use encrypted transport, encrypted credential storage, access controls, environment separation, and server-side permission checks intended to reject credentials with trading, transfer, withdrawal, or other write permissions where provider APIs make that verification possible. No system is completely secure, so you should create a dedicated read-only credential, enable an IP allowlist where practical, and revoke it immediately if you suspect exposure.
8. Retention and account deletion
We retain account data while your TickPro account is active and for only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Free plans generally retain position snapshots for up to 15 days, and paid plans for up to 90 days. Application and security logs are generally retained for up to 30 days; automated database backups are generally retained for up to 7 days.
You may permanently delete your TickPro account in Settings → Account → Delete TickPro Account. Deletion removes active account data, connected credentials and tokens, login sessions, push devices, wallets, and position snapshots. Residual encrypted backup copies are isolated from normal use and expire through the normal backup cycle, unless we must preserve limited information for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or law. Deleting TickPro does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. You can update account information and delete your account in the app, remove individual connections, change notification permission in system settings, and manage subscriptions in the App Store. For privacy requests, email support@deltavertex.net. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Children
TickPro is not intended for children under 18 or under the minimum legal age required to use financial-account services in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as TickPro or the law changes. We will post the revised version here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Questions or complaints may be sent to support@deltavertex.net.
